Biography

Dr. Stephanie Muir practices in both General Internal Medicine and Palliative Medicine, focusing on symptom management, advanced care planning, and the preservation of dignity along the full spectrum of disease presentation. She completed medical school at the University of Calgary in 2013, then an Internal Medicine residency, General Internal Medicine fellowship, and Palliative Medicine fellowship at the University of Manitoba. Dr Muir is active on the Royal College Residency Program Committee for the nascent Palliative Medicine fellowship program, and is has an interest in medical education and competency-based evaluation.
