Dr. Braun currently devotes most of his time serving on the executive of Alberta Health Services as Vice President and Medical Director for Clinical Operations. In addition, he practices Palliative Medicine at the Foothills Medical Centre on the Intensive Palliative Care Unit. He contributes to a variety of research projects, typically as a healthcare decision maker, with a focus on health services research.
