Biography

Dr. David Maj is a clinical assistant professor at the Cumming School of Medicine and a medical oncologist at the Arthur JE Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre. He completed his medical degree at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2018 followed by residency at Western University in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Clinical Pharmacology from 2018-2024. He completed a fellowship in Renal Cell Cancer and Real-World Data from 2024-2025. He received a Merit Award from the American Society of Clinical Oncology merit award for his research in 2025. His current practice includes genitourinary and breast cancer. His research interests include real-world patient outcomes, and the application of clinical pharmacology across the field of oncology.
