Biography

Dr. McCulloch completed her undergraduate and postgraduate (internal medicine and hematology) medical training at the University of Calgary. She completed a fellowship in Multiple Myeloma at the University of Calgary and a Master of Science (with Merit) in Pharmacoeconomics at the London School of Economics. She is a member of the Alberta Medical Association Compensation Committee and an Economic Guidance Panel member for the Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health (CADTH).
